DCS Designers was established in 1980 after many years of designing and drafting custom homes and various other projects. We are a unique and diversified design studio.
Design & Drafting Studio & Services
We provide complete design and drafting services from the start of site selection and inspection, through the development process of conceptual and preliminary design phases, and finally the construction documents (working drawings) phase of the project. We also provide all of the continuing services, such as design review exhibits and plan check submittals.
3D Modeling, Renderings, Illustrations & Animations
From our many years of production services, we have evolved into a full-scale 3D modeling, rendering, illustration, and animation studio. We have developed and produced all exhibits shown on our website for our own design projects and those of our clients. We are now making these services commercially available.
Presentation Packages
We provide design services and full packages for project design review presentations, project and product development, and marketing presentations.
Design Review
DCS Designers provides packaging for all 2D drawings, colored project renderings, colored exhibits, site/project exhibits and documentation, and all required design review exhibits for city and county planning and architectural review submittals.
